What to do in case of a malfunction?

Do you have a malfunction? If so, please contact us. Describe the problem as fully as possible, check whether it falls within or outside office hours and report your malfunction.

1. Describe the malfunction

  • Where does the fault occur?
  • When does the fault occur?
  • What kind of problem do you see?
  • Do you see any error codes? If yes, which ones?
  • Has anything been changed on the equipment recently?

2. Contacting Reinders Corporation

A) Within office hours (Mon-Fri between 08:30 and 17:00)

  • Please complete the following form as fully as possible.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • In the event of an emergency, you can also call us on 0546 – 876 500, you will get one of our customer service staff on the line and let us know you want to report a malfunction. You will be put through to the right technician immediately.
  • You give a description of the malfunction and provide the relevant details as described above. The technician will discuss the problem with you, give any instructions and determine the best follow-up action together with you.

B) Outside office hours (only on the basis of a 24-hour breakdown contract)

  • Please complete the following form as fully as possible.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • In emergencies, you can reach us on the malfunction number known to you
  • You give a description of the fault and provide the relevant details as described above. The technician will discuss the problem with you, give any instructions and determine with you the best follow-up action.
