    CEO
    Gerrit Jan Reinders recently took the helm at Reinders Corporation. A born entrepreneur, he does not shy away from any challenge. With his innovative vision and sophisticated strategy, he will give Reinders Corporation a rock-solid position on the international market.

    In 2015, as founder and owner of Boxie24 Storage, Gerrit Jan was named one of the top 3 most successful entrepreneurs in Germany by the WirtschaftsWoche. He has also managed to conquer the Netherlands, the US and Australia with Boxie24 Storage, which now places the fast-growing company among the world leaders in on-demand storage.

    Nico Benneker

    Financial Director
    Organizational loyalty is a rock-solid competency if you ask Reinders Corporation. With 25+ years of experience at the financial top of Reinders Corporation and part of the management team, Nico has left his footsteps within all facets of the company.

    Passionate about accounting and finance, for which Nico studied at Windesheim, Nico is also still involved in HR, quality control, consolidation and manages the finance team.

    Frank van Rooijen

    Technical Director Enerdes
    As Technical Director of one of Reinders Corporation's most successful BVs, Enerdes, Frank has been responsible for the day-to-day operations, international projects and R&D of Enerdes and its service, products and systems for 17 years.

    With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Ind. in Engineering & Management, Frank is a very unique specialist in semi-closed greenhouses, agronomy, implementing energy systems using sustainable technologies and renewable energy, dual air distribution hoses for homogeneous air distribution, and devising and working out climate systems for cannabis and drying systems.

    Bastiaan Haverslag

    Head of Business Development
    Bastiaan has been working for Reinders Corporation for many years and is the indispensable factor in the field of product development, innovation and conquering new markets. He specializes in heat issues and crop climate systems. As Head of Business Development, Bastiaan is continuously developing and improving all of Reinders Corporation's industrial air and climate technology solutions. Once starting with a Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Bastiaan has developed into a true multi-talent in the field of Research & Business Development. Together with his team, he will further expand and strengthen the strong international position of Reinders Corporation in the industrial air conditioning market.

    Patrick Gecer

    Head of Operations
    If you throw up 10 balls, Patrick grabs all 10 of them. Eager, entrepreneurial and decisive is how Patrick came to Reinders Corporation's management team as a talent within 1 year. As an ex-Ahold employee and ex-supermarket manager, Patrick knows better than anyone how to get a team to perform on the shop floor and to ensure that the assembly team stands like a house.

    Patrick received a Bachelor Degree in Fiscal Law and Economics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede and studied Fiscal Law / Tax Law at the University of Groningen.

    Wilco Tempert

    Technischer Direktor
    Wilco worked for the Ministry of Defense for over 13 years. As a Technical Officer in the Royal Navy, he has broad experience in engineering and project management. In 2017 he joined Benchmark Electronics as Program Manager. He did technical and commercial management of high-tech R&D programs for 5 years.

    He then moved to the position of Technical Director at Reinders Corporation. Wilco has a bachelor's degree in Military Systems & Technology, obtained at the Netherlands Defence Academy. In addition, he may call himself an engineer (ir.) after successfully completing the MSc Electrical Engineering course at Delft University of Technology.

    Melanie Reinders

    Director en Project Leader
    As director of Boxie24 Storage and project leader of Reinders Corporation, Melanie has an indispensable role within both organizations. A very talented jack-of-all-trades who, as project leader, professionalizes all departments of the company from A-Z and is thus responsible for all internal operations. Previously, Melanie worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as Head of International Business, Operations & Media at PharmaFGP in Germany.

    Melanie earned an MBA in Business at Portland State University and a BSc in International Business at ESB Business School in Germany.

              Your work will include:

              As a work planner, you are the spider in the web who ensures that our projects are thoroughly prepared. You will also have the challenge of monitoring the progress of the execution on site together with operations – and in consultation with the customer – with the aim of delivering on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.

              • Preparing production work, ordering required materials and preparing corresponding work instructions;
              • Preparation of assembly and/or production drawings, both for internal production and for execution work on site at our customers;
              • Drafting and maintaining project schedules (in the execution phase);

                What you will do?


                Your work will include:

                • Managing staff and coordinating and supporting the recruitment process;
                • Provide induction and supervision of newcomers to the company;
                • Assist with performance appraisals;
                • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions and dismissal procedures;
                • Support professional development of employees;
                • Set appropriate salaries and rewards;
                • Resolve employee conflicts through positive and professional mediation;
                • Maintain workplace and employee privacy and ensure compliance with (handling) rules in the office or work environment.

                What we ask?


                • Education level HBO/WO, preferably towards HRM
                • You have demonstrable experience as an HR manager
                • You have good organisational skills, networking skills and a social character
                • You speak Dutch. English is an advantage;
                • You have good communication skills
                • Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
                • Perseverance;
                • You are good at working together, because with us, you do not work alone!
