Reinders Extraction Systems began by consulting with Oude Wolbers to understand their specific needs in custom woodworking. This consultation involved a detailed assessment of their workshop environment and production processes to identify the primary sources of dust and airborne particles that could affect both product quality and the health of their craftsmen.
2 Design
Based on the consultation, Reinders Luchttechniek designed a custom extraction system tailored to Oude Wolbers’ workshop. The system integrates advanced dust extraction and air filtration technologies to efficiently manage and remove airborne particles generated during woodworking processes. This design ensures that the workshop remains clean and safe, supporting the health and efficiency of the craftsmen.
3 Result
The implementation of Reinders’ extraction system has significantly improved the working conditions at Oude Wolbers.
