Adsorption Dryer Cleanroom

Reinders Industrial supplied a custom dehumidification system for conditioning the production process of a large pharmaceutical company. Here, among other things, vitamin supplements and medicines are produced and packaged under low and constant humidity.

The unique feature of the installation is its low energy consumption. A semi-hermetic piston compressor provides the required cooling power and uses all residual heat in the regeneration process of the drying wheel. For energy optimization a cross-flow exchanger is included which reduces consumption even further.

The plant provides constant and stable humidity throughout the year.
