Adsorption Dryer Milk Powder Producer

Reinders supplied a customised dehumidification installation with silica adsorption wheel to a Dutch producer of milk powder for animals. The installation ensures a constant climate in the production area and thus prevents problems such as sticking, caking and production downtime. Also the quality of the product remains constant before it is packed.

The installation is powered by a heat pump and makes 100% use of residual heat from the factory. In this way a very low energy consumption has been realized with a payback period of less than 3 years.
