Reinders Industrial offers a range of adsorption dehumidifiers with different capacities: from compact units such as the “Adsorption Dryer 100” for approximately 100–150 m³/h of process air and a dehumidification capacity of up to approximately 1.5 kg/h, to the ‘Adsorption Dryer 10,000’ which can handle process air levels of 4,000–10,000 m³/h and dehumidification capacities of up to 60 kg/h.
All adsorption dehumidifiers are designed with a robust stainless steel housing, energy-efficient EC fans, and are modularly expandable (e.g. with heat recovery).
Application of adsorption dehumidifiers
Thanks to the technology of adsorption dehumidifiers, these systems are highly suitable for industries such as pharmaceutical production, electronics manufacturing, food processing, woodworking, warehouses and storage areas, and cleanrooms.
In each of these sectors, humidity levels are essential: storage of sensitive products, production processes with dew point requirements, or cleanrooms with strict climate control. Thanks to Reinders Industrial’s adsorption dehumidifiers, these environments can be managed safely and efficiently.
What problems does an industrial adsorption dehumidifier solve?
Conventional dehumidification methods may be insufficient in cases of high humidity, condensation, mould or corrosion, or when processes require very low moisture content or strict dew point values. Reinders Industrial’s adsorption dehumidifiers work by using a rotor with silica gel that adsorbs moisture from the air, thereby continuously supplying dry process air. This type of dehumidifier is particularly suitable for applications that require low dew points or where temperature or humidity conditions are challenging. This solution prevents quality loss, malfunctions, storage problems or product deterioration.
From standardised solutions to customised solutions
Reinders Industrial realises customised solutions for adsorption dehumidifiers when standard units are not sufficient. For example, rotors with a diameter of up to 4,250 mm can be used to deliver approximately 100,000 m³ of dried process air per hour. Each installation is tailored to specific process requirements: desired capacity, dew point, temperature, energy consumption and control. This means that you are not just purchasing a standard adsorption dehumidifier, but a solution that is fully suited to your space, industry and process.
