Prima Air started by consulting with De Vries Trappen to understand their specific needs in crafting custom staircases. This consultation involved assessing their woodworking processes and the environmental conditions necessary to ensure the highest quality and durability of their staircases. The goal was to identify the optimal humidity levels required for their materials and production techniques.
2 Design
Based on the consultation, Prima Air designed a custom humidification system tailored to De Vries Trappen’s woodworking environment. The system integrates advanced humidity control technologies to maintain precise moisture levels, which are crucial for preventing wood deformation and ensuring stability during the crafting process. This design supports both traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques used by De Vries Trappen.
3 Result
The implementation of Prima Air’s humidification system has significantly enhanced the production environment at De Vries Trappen. Smart Airjet Prima Air
The humidifiers come with adjustable, clamped air nozzles for directional airflow. They’re easily wall-mounted using brackets.- The standard Smart Airjet has two nozzles

Advanced Pump Unit – 8 rooms (> 25,000 m³)
The Advanced Pump Unit by Prima Air, designed for individual humidification, is capable of servicing up to eight separate rooms. It boasts a substantial output, with a maximum capacity of 600 liters per hour, which is evenly distributed across all rooms.- Electromotor type 010370 High Pressure Pump
