Reinders Industrial specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of commercial and industrial dehumidifiers. Besides standard machines we offer custom-built solutions for our customers all over the world and for a wide range of applications.
Feel free to contact us for more information on industrial dehumidifiers and get a feeling for the possibilities that Reinders Industrial can offer you.
Reinders Industrial stands for quality and durability. In refrigeration technology, we do not believe in ‘standard’; every product or process has its own specific optimum storage conditions in terms of temperature and air humidity, and every company has its own production cycle and operational management. That is why Reinders Industrial develops tailor-made products for and with their customers.
The advantages of Reinders Industrial Dehumidifiers:
Reinders Industrial is part of the Reinders Corporation and we have over a hundred years of experience in developing and producing climate control systems for industrial applications. Since 1910, we have been innovating and manufacturing high tech solutions for cooling, drying, heating, ventilation and humidification.
Reinders industrial has a large selection of industrial dehumidifiers for industrial applications such as warehouses, lumber, printing, manufacturing, seed processing and many other industries.
The process to buy industrial dehumidifiers is based on the client requirements. Small dehumidifiers can be bought online, however larger industrial systems require a tailor made solution.
Our engineers will create the best possible solution for you taking into account the following:

Experience shows that each process or product has different requirements for optimal process conditions. Over the years, Reinders Industrial has designed many installations, fully customized. Our tailor-made installations are based on several basic principles, but each installation is unique and is adapted to your process and business in several ways. These include:
At Reinders industrial we value energy-efficient drying systems to keep operational costs low and the impact for the environment minimal. Low electrical power usage of our machines is therefore a key focus point.
All our dehumidifiers are built to be exceptionally energy efficient. A short summary of the measurements we took to minimize energy consumption.
These measurements contribute to an energy saving dehumidifier lowering the clients’ carbon footprint and reducing electricity costs at the same time.
Combining state-of-the-art components with smart system design according to the latest industry standards enables us to build very robust drying systems. Combined with our innovative control systems, we ensure the lowest total cost of ownership for our customers.
The Mollier diagram, also known as the h-x diagram, is a visual tool used to represent the thermodynamic properties of moist air. The diagram was developed by Richard Mollier in 1923 and is often used in industry for applications such as air handling, refrigeration and heating systems. Our experts at Reinders Industrial can help advise you on the Mollier Diagram.
Our highly educated engineers are experts in thermodynamics and can make optimal industrial dehumidifiers that run extremely efficiently.
Drying is a complex process that is dependent on many factors. Our industrial dehumidifiers can influence the drying process by adjusting the airflow, drying temperature, humidity of the supply air and more. The design of Reinders Industrial dehumidifiers is adjusted and optimized to your specific situation. Our installations will accurately control your process air at low operating costs.
Reinders industrial drying systems are robust and reliable. They provide constant drying conditions and can control the drying room conditions meticulously. Constant and homogeneous drying room conditions enhance product quality. The impressive efficiency of Reinders Industrial dryers increases production capacity.
There are many types of cooling systems available that are used in several industries worldwide. Our cooling technology focuses on sustainable and energy efficient solutions for our clients.
Nearly all industries use industrial dehumidification equipment and Reinders Industrial has experience in a large variety of industries, such as but not limited to:
These measurements contribute to an energy efficient dehumidifier lowering the clients carbon footprint and reducing electricity costs at the same time.
Reinders Industrial manufactures dryers based on one of these 3 principles:
Condensation drying (or condense drying) is when moisture in an air stream condensates on a surface with a temperature that is below the dew point of that air stream.
Adsorption drying is when materials like silica gel are used that have the ability to absorb moisture. The moisture from the air stream is captured by the adsorbent. At Reinders Industrial we use this principle called adsorption drying in drying wheels or rotors.
These rotors are divided in two sections: a process air section through which the air stream that needs to be dehydrated is led, and a regeneration section through which an air stream is led that takes the moisture out of the rotor. The rotor slowly rotates across these streams transporting moisture from the process air stream to the regeneration air stream. When low contents of moisture are required, adsorption drying is an efficient way of achieving this.
Often these two principles are combined in what we call a hybrid dehumidifier.
Good ventilation is key for many processes. To get this right, it is handy to use a ventilation dryer. Ventilation dryers from Reinders Industrial are designed in-house according to your specific situation.
We have the knowledge to examine your drying process or production process on efficiency, process parameters, energy consumption, product quality and yield. Because we continually invest in research and development, we are able to realize the most energy-efficient system possible with lower consumption costs and faster payback times compared to conventional techniques.
One of our spearheads is the realization of ‘turn-key’ projects. We can take care of the complete project planning for you: from research and design to installation and maintenance.
This is how an Industrial Dehumidifier works in 6 steps:
Dehumidifiers can have both a collection drip or a removable water reservoir. Some of Reinders Industrial’s larger industrial dehumidifiers are equipped with a full built-in pump system to automatically dispose of the water
Moisture can cause big problems in industrial processes or for plants. Reinders Industrial can help with solutions for the following moisture problems: condensation, corrosion, ice formation, bacteria and fungi, wood rot, electronical problems, sticking and adhesion.
To compare industrial dehumidifiers and their performance, three important factors are
Every industrial or commercial dehumidification system is tailor-made. Therefore, comparison of these systems is quite challenging. Our engineers can give you tailored advice on the requirements, moisture removal rate and environment conditions that must be taken into account, based on experience and computer studies (modeling).
There are many processes and products that require dehumidification. Designing a drying system can be a challenge given the many variables that play a role in the performance of the system such as
Based on our vast experience our engineers can assist in making the right decisions for your drying process and help you select the required dehumidifier. Besides drying systems, Reinders Industrial can also offer cooling systems.
The amount of water a dryer can remove varies and both very small and very large systems are possible. The required humidity level, moist and square foot/cubic meter are key factors for the design.
The larger the dryer, the more water removal is possible. Naturally, a large warehouse or room would in most cases also require a larger dryer. The required system is based on the production or manufacturing process taking place in the area. An industrial dryer will protect and control the perfect humidity.
Compared to rental industrial dehumidifiers or portable industrial dehumidifiers, our Reinders Industrial dehumidifiers are permanent installations.
Permanent installations have the following advantages:
The performance of our dehumidifiers is also much more relevant to the customer’s needs compared to portable or rental systems. In other words: more value for money!
