Reinders Industrial is the leading supplier of adsorption dehumidifiers. We offer you the most effective and technical solution for adsorption dehumidification available.
When drying with an adsorption dryer, the moisture in the air is adsorbed by moisture-adsorbing material. Adsorption drying is often used for drying at low temperatures and/or very low moisture levels and dew points.
We offer different types of adsorption dryers and can advise you on choosing the right model for your situation. From large to small, starting at 50 m3/h up to 10,000 m3/h quickly available. For larger dry air capacities, we can offer you a tailor-made solution. Contact us for more information on design and delivery specifications.
Standard equipped with a robust stainless steel casing suitable for indoor installation, optionally equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption. Very low service requirement, easily expandable with heat recovery or cooling/heating water blocks for optimum process air temperature control. Learn more about how it works.
The air dryer is available in several series.
Would you like more information about the power consumption, air duct connections or the electrical connection capacity? Please contact us.

Small, light and robust – The offered series of adsorption dryers consists of several small, lightweight, energy-efficient models specifically designed to help users address smaller or temporary solutions with process air volumes between 80 m³/h and 400 m³/h.
The dehumidifiers have standard stainless steel housings for ruggedness and use one fan for both process air and regeneration air, making them extremely compact.
These units are also specially designed to be rugged and withstand the bumping and rough handling often associated with lifting, moving and stacking of transportable dehumidifiers. Very useful for small-scale moisture control problems for stationary and permanent installations requiring dried air.

The adsorption air dryer is designed to remove water vapour from the air. The whole process is autonomous and cyclic, thus it continuously delivers dry air. The rotor is equipped with separated airflows which accommodates accuracy and precision.
Process air:
1. Extracted air is filtered to protect the rotor and prolong its life. The rotor is the most important component of the drying process.
2. The rotor, coated with silica gel, adsorbs moisture molecules from the air the process fan passes through it.
3. The warmer dry air leaves the adsorption dryer to be fed to the process.
4. Process air duct connections are both (in & out) on the left side of the air dryer.
Regeneration air:
1. Extracted air is filtered and modulating, energy-efficiently heated.
2. Optionally, the air can first be heated by heat recovery. The electric heater then brings the air up to the desired regeneration temperature.
3. The regeneration fan feeds airflow through the rotor to expel the water vapour from the rotor and discharge it to the outside.
4. The rotor is ready to take up water vapour again.
5. Regeneration air channel connections are both (in & out) on the right side of the air dryer.
