Adsorption Dryer

Reinders Industrial is the leading supplier of adsorption dehumidifiers. We offer you the most effective and technical solution for adsorption dehumidification available.

When drying with an adsorption dryer, the moisture in the air is adsorbed by moisture-adsorbing material. Adsorption drying is often used for drying at low temperatures and/or very low moisture levels and dew points.

Reinders Industrial® Adsorption Dryers

Adsorption Dehumidifier Bulk Solids

Small, light and robust – The offered series of adsorption dryers consists of several small, lightweight, energy-efficient models specifically designed to help users address smaller or temporary solutions with process air volumes between 80 m³/h and 400 m³/h.
  • Process air 240 – 400 m3 / h
  • Dehumidification capacity up to 1,5 kg/u
  • 480 mm x 420 mm x 415 mm

The dehumidifiers have standard stainless steel housings for ruggedness and use one fan for both process air and regeneration air, making them extremely compact. These units are also specially designed to be rugged and withstand the bumping and rough handling often associated with lifting, moving and stacking of transportable dehumidifiers. Very useful for small-scale moisture control problems for stationary and permanent installations requiring dried air.

Adsorption Dehumidifier 500

As standard, this air dryer is equipped with a robust stainless steel housing suitable for indoor installation, optionally equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption.
  • Process air 500 – 1000 m³ / h
  • Dehumidification capacity up to 6 kg/u
  • 540 mm x 760 mm x 1100 mm

The air dryer requires very little service, nevertheless, the air dryer is designed to be easily accessible so that the various components can be adequately checked and, if necessary, replaced quickly.

Adsorption Dehumidifier 1000

As standard, the adsorption dehumidifier air 1000 is equipped with a robust stainless steel housing suitable for indoor installation, optionally equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption.
  • Process air 500 – 1000 m³ / h
  • Dehumidification capacity up to 6 kg/u
  • 540 mm x 760 mm x 1100 mm

Standard equipped with a robust stainless steel casing suitable for indoor installation, optionally equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption. Very low service requirement, easily expandable with heat recovery or cooling/heating water blocks for optimum process air temperature control. Learn more about how it works.

Adsorption Dehumidifier 4000

As standard, the adsorption dehumidifier 4000 is equipped with a robust stainless steel housing suitable for indoor installation, optionally equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption.
  • Process air 1000 – 4000 m³ / h
  • Dehumidification capacity up to 20 kg/u
  • 825 mm x 1640 mm x 1725 mm

The adsorption air dryer 4000 is a complete unit that includes a rotor, a transmission motor, fans, a heater, air filters and an integrated electrical system with all components necessary for safe operation.

Adsorption Dehumidifier 10.000

The offered adsorption air dryer 10,000 is the largest “standard” unit included in the range. Would you like a unit with a larger capacity? Please contact us.
  • Process air 4000 – 10.000 m³ / h
  • Dehumidification capacity up to 60 kg/u
  • 2080 mm x 1360 mm x 2160 mm

The adsorption air dryer 10,000 has as much as a moisture removal capacity of 25 liters to over 60 liters per hour. The air dryer is equipped with energy-efficient EC fans of high quality and low energy consumption.

How our dehumidifiers work

Process air:

  1. Extracted air is filtered to protect the rotor and prolong its life. The rotor is the most important component of the drying process.
  2. The rotor, coated with silica gel, adsorbs moisture molecules from the air the process fan passes through it.
  3. The warmer dry air leaves the adsorption dryer to be fed to the process.
  4. Process air duct connections are both (in & out) on the left side of the air dryer.

Regeneration air:

  1. Extracted air is filtered and modulating, energy-efficiently heated.
  2. Optionally, the air can first be heated by heat recovery. The electric heater then brings the air up to the desired regeneration temperature.
  3. The regeneration fan feeds airflow through the rotor to expel the water vapour from the rotor and discharge it to the outside.
  4. The rotor is ready to take up water vapour again.
  5. Regeneration air channel connections are both (in & out) on the right side of the air dryer.
